Section shrinkage ψ (%):quenched and tempered,≥55
Impact power Akv U):quenched and tempered ≥78
Hardness:annealed,≤200HB;quenched and tempered≥159HB
Quenching and heating temperature of 1Cr13: 1000-1050°C, holding time 1 to 3 hours, air cooling, hardness varies according to tempering temperature.
Temper at 580-650°C, water cooled, hardness 254-302 HBS
Tempered at 560-620°C, water cooled, hardness HBS 285-341
Tempered at 550-580 degrees, water cooled, hardness HBS 254-362
Tempered at 520-560°C, water cooled, hardness HBS 341-388
Tempered at less than 300°, air cooled, hardness HBS > 388
