Description:
①The strip is made into thickness 1.80mm-6.00mm and width 50mm-1200mm by hot-rolling machine.
②[Hot rolled strip / sheet] has the advantages of low hardness, easy processing, good ductility performance.
③Hot rolled stainless steel strip/coil production process: ⒈ pickling → ⒉ high temperature rolling →3 process lubrication → 4 annealing → 5 careful flattening → 6 selective fine cutting → 7 packaging → 8 reaching the customer.
Principle:
When a steel or specimen is stretched and the stress exceeds the elastic limit, even though the stress no longer increases, the steel or specimen continues to undergo significant plastic deformation, which is called yielding, and the minimum stress value at which yielding occurs is the yield point. Set Ps for the yield point s at the external force, Fo for the specimen fracture area, the yield point σs = Ps/Fo (MPa), MPa is called MPa equal to N (Newton) / mm2, (MPa = 106Pa, Pa: Pascal = N/m2).
